Using a combination of somatic experiencing, neuroscience, and emotional release techniques along with the universal wisdom of the Archetypes, we clarify where your powers lie and how you can best use them in every aspect of your life. We then identify, clear, and neutralise your shadow aspects, past hurts, and limiting beliefs surrounding your purpose so that you can confidently step into your truth and power.

Lilith Rising is a container for women who are ready to rewrite the script on their lives and start creating a reality that feels grounded, luscious, and beyond their wildest dreams.
This is a 9 month container featuring monthly 2-3 hour Shadow Sister Circles for you to be deeply witnessed in your experience, while absorbing the magic of sisterhood, ritual and higher knowledge, while healing the collective sister wound as we unravel generations of feminine shame together and heal for our future soul sisters.
You will also receive monthly 1:1 Soul Medicine sessions which involve a combination of Shamanic Journeying, Somatic Embodiment, NLP, Quantum Healing and Matrix Therapies. These sessions tap into the deep parts of your psyche where we communicate with your highest self to uncover your shadow, your unhealed inner child parts, and any unresolved wounds that are standing in your way.
Each month will have a different focus, and all with the aim and desired outcome of profound self empowerment, radical self acceptance and the most divine embodiment of your feminine power you ever could have dreamed of.

What can I expect after a session?
We will be delving deep into your psyche which can cause tiredness and can be emotionally draining. It is important to drink lots of water after a session and not do anything too emotionally or physically taxing so that you can integrate the shifts. In the days and weeks after a session you may notice subtle changes in your responses to triggers, shifts in perception and awareness, or more confidence and clarity in your day to day life.
What happens during a session?
Using intuitive perception and dialogue with your unconscious mind, we will rewrite the neural representations that have commonly been around since childhood. We then replace them with beliefs and perceptions that will support you in accomplishing your goals. Each package varies, but they will generally utilise most or all of the following tools: Card Reading, NLP, Matrix Therapies, Inner Child Work, Shadow Work, Archetypal Energies, Energy Healing and Sound Healing.
